About the Job: To analyse and recommend one or more appropriate and sustainable options for water treatment at home in Uvira and Bukavu, South Kivu. This will include a detailed assessment of the partner’s capacity, the development of a business plan and community marketing strategy for products. Cholera is endemic in Uvira and Bakavu, this role is part of preparing a long-term strategy for strengthening the resilience of the population.

About You: We are looking for people with experience of conducting evaluations of partner capacity in a humanitarian and/or development context. You should have experience of business plan development, including marketing, and of preparing a communications plan. You should also possess good negotiation and diplomacy skills, and have the ability to work with people of all levels, including the government. You must have excellent spoken and written French language skills and English language skills would be a benefit.
