SCHOOLS AND HEADQUARTERS (EM) OF THE FARDC

Contract description:

Purchase of furniture for the schools and headquarters of the FARDC in  the

Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The sites of delivery are: Kitona, Kananga and Kinshasa.

The contract will be divided into lots.

Numbers and titles of lots

The contract is divided into 3 lots.

Lot   1:  supply  of  office  furniture  in  Kinshasa:  28  desk  chairs,  56 office/computer chairs,  28 desks (160  cm), 28shelves,  28 classroom  tables (160 cm), 28 filing cabinets, 28 coat stands.

Lot  2: supply of  office, bedroom  and mess furniture  in Kitona:  10 boards (for classrooms),  10 desk  chairs,20 office/computer  chairs, 10  desks (160 cm), 10 shelves, 10 coat stands, 100 classroom tables (120 cm), 500  ordinary  chairs, 10  classroom  tables (160  cm),  2 conference  tables (seating  20), 200  bunk beds,  200mattresses, 200 stools,  200 cupboards, 10 filing cabinets, 30 dining tables (seating 10).

Lot 3: supply of office, bedroom and mess furniture in Kananga: 10 classroom tables, 20  desk  chairs, 40  office/computer chairs,  20 desks  (60 cm),  20 shelves, 20 coat stands,  100 classroom tables (120 cm), 440  ordinary chairs, 1 conference table (seating 20),  120 bunk beds, 120 mattresses,  120 stools, 120 cupboards, 20 filing cabinets, 20 dining tables (seating 10).
