RISE program a qualified supplier to provide spare parts for Toyota Land
Cruiser model HZJ-76, and to deliver them in Goma, Democratic Republic of
Congo. Mercy Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and is not bound to accept the lowest bid. Mercy Corps reserves the right to request a new open tender.

Mercy Corps is implementing the Resources to Increase Food Security in Eastern DRC (RISE) program funded by USAID/Food for Peace Office. Mercy Corps is seeking for its RISE program a qualified inland carrier for the transportation of a total of approximately 3,080 MT of various food commodities including Cornmeal (25Kg bags), Yellow Split Peas (50Kg bags), Vegetable Oil (cartons), and Corn Soy Blend (25Kg bags), from the Port of Dar-Es-Salaam (Tanzania) to Goma (Democratic Republic of Congo). Two (2) lots are expected: Lot 1: 700 MT of commodities,
around June-July 2014 Mercy Corps cannot guarantee the tonnages or/and timing of arrival which remain subject to changes. The request for offers includes a firm quotation for lot #1 and lot #2, consisting of a total of approximately 3,080 MT of various food commodities.
